The World Conference
will be held at ICC Durban (the International Conference
Centre in Durban). The Conference is planned for three
days. The first day, a plenary session, will be used
to introduce the four Conference themes and the contributions
of physics toward each. Day one will end with a reception
and poster session, to which all participants are
invited to contribute. The second day will be spent
primarily in smaller group meetings for each theme
to develop the action-oriented outcomes. The final
day, again plenary, will be used to hear reports from
the theme-oriented discussion groups and decide on
final Conference outcomes and action items. A banquet
will be held on the final day.
