International Symposium on Scientific Imaging
http://lo.um.es/symposium_invisible
[03 Aug 2005 - 06 Aug 2005]
Madrid, Spain
Bringing together
to share ideas on cutting edge Imaging techniques
from different scientific fields like Astronomy, BioMedicine,
Quantum Physics, Nanotechnology is a Primary objective
of the Symposium taking place in Madrid, spain.
Imaging techniques are very critical
in most of the scientific advancements, some of them
from recent pasts are [Discovery
of Moon to the 10th planet was done with laser beam
techniques alongwith adaptive optics] , Atomic
force microscopes, electron scattering methods used
observer [nanoscale
tubes] and many more in field of very large and
very smalls.
This symposium is a event to witness
how astronomers manage to detect planets outside the
solar system and how physicists can see and manipulate
quantum states of single atoms. Other discussions
will focus on areas of physical barriers to Image
resolutions, diffraction. 2nd Part of symposium will
be dedicated to biomedical imaging. And besides this
symposium will also explore the limits of human vision
and options to break those limits.
The symposium is addressed to graduate
students, post-docs, and scientists with interest
in different aspects of extreme imaging, including
physicists, biomedical and electrical engineers, computer
and medical scientists, etc. The symposium is OPEN
to participants from any laboratory in the world.
The format of the symposium with tutorial talks by
leading world experts and ample time for discussion
will facilitate the participation of attendees. The
language for the symposium will be English.
